With seven-figure annual revenue and double- to triple-digit growth rates, AI-Z Group now ranks among Germany's most promising AI scale-ups. In 2026 came the expansion into the US market - with their own AI security product, Braine AIF (Artificial Intelligence Firewall).

Starting Point
Where the collaboration began.
Oumar Langer runs AI-Z Group, an AI security company from Stuttgart: a protective layer that prevents employees from unintentionally exposing business-critical data while working with AI. Alongside it, his AI training programs teach teams how to work with AI safely. The business grows fast - and that was exactly the challenge.
Rapid growth asks different questions than getting started. Tasks, projects, and knowledge lived scattered across heads, chats, and tools - what works in a small circle becomes a brake when you scale. And a team expected to reach ambitious growth targets needs more than pace: clear structures, shared values, and the ability to sustain peak performance without burning out.
Then there was the founder's own role: whoever builds a company at this speed makes consequential decisions daily - and rarely has someone outside the company who pushes back honestly and knows the road of building a business first-hand.

Established VenturaOS as the business operating system
Together with Oumar, we introduced VenturaOS across the company - the business operating system built in our own house. Since then, tasks, projects, and knowledge are standardized and bundled in one place: everyone on the team knows what to do, and nothing lives only in the founder's head anymore. That standardization is exactly what makes a business build scalable.
Business mentoring at the founder's side
Throughout the entire build, Alexander stood at Oumar's side as a business mentor: regular sparring on priorities, structures, and the decisions that shape a fast-growing company. Not as an outside consultant, but as a companion on the road - all the way to the seven-figure business AI-Z Group is today.
